Catherine Kelly- I don't even know where to begin - I contacted Catherine over 6 years ago - and spoke to her about selling my condo - Timing wasn't right - and fast forward -I called her not too long ago and said I am needing a realtor who is in the KNOW -I found a townhome and within seconds of it being listed I asked her to see it - we needed to give the seller an hour - so I ended up being there 60 minutes later - My husband was out of town for 10 days and when I contacted him and told him about this town home he said "are you really asking me to sign a contract for something I have never seen?

Catherine is a rare bread- Being a Florida native I have many friends that are realtors and I didn’t choose any of them- Her calmness, professionalism, negotiation skills and knowledge are superb way above her peers I was referred to Catherine about 7 plus years ago - we spoke a few times and I just wasn’t ready to sell my condo just yet I worked with 2 other realtors the past few years and I did all the work - I provided all the information - they never asked questions - they were transactional not relationship based selling I was baffled and exhausted It seemed as though every home we were looking at Catherine was the agent - we then decided to switch realtors immediately - I made the comment to Catherine - you are in the know and I feel as though this is the only way to go in this marketplace - I found our townhome within seconds of it being listed and contacted her immediately about the property- - my husband was out of town and I had to convince him to sign a contact for 549k prior to him seeing this -he asked me a dozen times as though I wasn’t making sense lol “You are asking me to sign a contact for 549k for a home I haven’t seen?

Where do I start!
? I am a 71 year old widow and I’ve never had to deal with a realtor in my life. With that said, these three ladies are absolutely the greatest. Catherine staged my home for sale so lovely that I almost changed my mind. It was beautiful. Serina handled the sale of my home completely. Anytime I had questions, She had answers. There was no stress at all. She was always right there with me. The comment was made that she wanted to treat me like her mother; and she did. And then Mia, she dealt with the purchase of my new home. She sent me all kinds of options. She took me to see the homes. And again, she took care of everything and just let me know what I had to do. I highly recommend these ladies! They know their business. They treat you fair. They are honest. They are wonderful.
